The angel's shadow

All who breathe, serene garden they know of

with its unforgiving and cold dark lair,

the lovely bright eyes they do fiercely glare

with warm and burning fire they glow of.

Taunt not the angel's fearsome shadow

which has heavenly wings chained and locked,

know the pain of the afraid one mocked

and the stinging pain seldom do they show.

evil called again, surface right on cue

to grip the gut and thought with illusions,

oh what horror they show, oh the visions

of destruction, oh what they make me do.

I am but an agonized puppet,

the abyss shall not end with this couplet.
